If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll do everything we can to make it right. If at any time you're not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return them by contacting us here subject to the terms of our Return Policy:

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days. Thereafter, an E-Gift Card will be issued and emailed to you at the email address associated with the original order. Refund amounts will not include shipping and handling charges. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Once you initiate a return you will receive a Return Shipment e-mail with instructions. Please ensure to use the shipping label provided.
