Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Delivery may be impacted by increased volume for shipping carriers and their continued efforts to safeguard against COVID-19.
Currently, shipping times are 2-3 business days.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $35.00 and some items marked GREEN.
Orders below $35.00 and not marked GREEN will be charge a standard shipping fee of $9.99.
We offer same day delivery for local customers.
All same-day delivery must be placed by 12:00 pm/noon.
Some items are marked GREEN. Items marked GREEN requires additional days to be prepared. Please understand we are ensuring you receive the best of the best. GREEN items usually ships within 4-10 Business days, so please ensure you read the note on the item.
NOTE: SPECIAL ORDERS such as custom and bulk items are excluded from the above delivery timeline. A delivery timeline for custom and bulk items will be provided to you via quote and/or e-mail.
Returns and Exchanges
How It Works
Return Anything, Anytime for Any Reason. 100% Stressless.
For any undamaged and unused products, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days (GREEN items are 14 days) of the date you received the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

Refunds
Taking care of you
All refunds will be processed and returned to your orginal form of payment.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Custom/Bulk Orders

We process bulk and custom order candles and soaps. Whether it is a birthday, wedding, baby shower or bridal shower.
If you would like to make a request for custom/bulk order, please click here to send your custom/bulk order information. After reviewing your information, we will send you a price quote. Bulk shipping rates will be included in your quote.
All products are created fresh and ready to ship. It may take 3-5 days to create your order.
Note: Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be ready depending on your custom/bulk order quantity. Once your order is ready, we will send you an e-mail.
